Called them on 8/26/24 to have my AC fixed. I was told they would make a ticket and someone would call be back to schedule a time. It is now 9/5/24 and I have yet to receive a call to schedule it. I had to cancel and go with a different company. I do NOT recommend them.

Horrible service!! If I could give zero I would!!!! Jeff was supposed to fix our fridge ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO!!! I have had to call him 3 different times and the first time it was that it needed a motor then never came back the second was a steam blower and never came back now the fridge that was supposed to be fixed is still not working this is the FOURTH call to them to fix it. Jeff is rude from the time he walks in until he leaves and he left a horrible mess and didn’t even say anything. We have now lost all of our food y... read more

My A/C was out and Jim came at the very end of his busy Friday and checked it over found the problem and fixed before his weekend started. I am more than grateful he had it fixed and my boys and I had a cool house for the hot weekend!
