You can spend thousands and not any get help. After having to deal with my brand-new LG Wash Tower with heat pump dryer draining into a bucket next to the machine for MONTHS (they did this to determine if there was a plumbing issue, this showed there was not, but they never returned) I finally got fed up. I did a quick Google search then a phone call to the LG parts department. I was able to fix my issue with an in-warranty part! Absolutely hands down the worst service I’ve seen for commercial! Phoned on 03/05/26 to have an ice machine looked at. It took 14 days for them to show up. Once here they did find the solution, but did not have the parts. They had to make a trip to their parts warehouse. That was an additional $60.00 (not my fault they don’t have a part on their truck). I found the exact part online for $29.13 they up charged it to $123.69. All out bill was $659.64 for 2.75 hours of labor and a few small parts. Absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND... read more

From start to finish, it was an absolutely delightful experience. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable sales. The install techs were wonderful. Thanks J&R for my new dryer! I definitely recommend purchases and install for appliances!
