I had an excellent experience with JR Air Duct cleaning. John came promptly and did an excellent job. Additionally he gave me a lot of good advice about future maintenance of the duct and also about buying a new dryer. I recommend using them 100%.
Easy to schedule and accommodated my request for a next day appointment because my dryer was emitting a strange odor that was along the vent line. The technician arrived right on time the next morning and after inspecting the dryer line to the outside, found it was disconnected inside my garage. He repaired it and cleaned the vent all in less than an hour. Based on my very good experience I would definitely use them again and recommend them
These guys are great. Very thorough. The before and after pics are impressive. They are also very upfront about what needs to be done vs what isn't essential. They also educated me on the type of liner my duct has which may need to replaced. Highly recommend
