The team was efficient and neat, they inspected the premises and a/c units before starting the cleaning process, afterwards they vacuumed each area where there were a/c duct registers in the floors or ceiling, and they washed and dried and reinserted each of the cleaned registers. The work of the cleaning was good, unfortunately the crew left behind these tiny shards of razor sharp debris all over the carpet in the basement where our daughter plays. Some of it even fused to the carpet and had to be cut out. This was a huge miss on the crew and a dangerous one at that.
