We just had a full house duct cleaning service and could not be more thrilled with J R. This crew was wonderful: Matthew , Daniel and Luis – they were a great team. They worked methodically, thoroughly and efficiently through each part of our system. They took care to cover surfaces below the registers in case any dust/debris would emerge. After they were done, they vacuumed every trace of dust and dirt that had emerged from the cleaning process. The work of the cleaning was good, unfortunately the crew left behind these tiny shards of razor sharp debris all over the carpet in the basement where our daughter plays. Some of it even fused to the carpet and had to be cut out. This was a huge miss on the crew and a dangerous one at that. Based on this alone I would have left 1 star but because the work done was satisfactory to be fair I gave another 2 stars. I had an amazing experience with J R Air Duct Cleaning! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating—working around my schedule without any hassle. Two technicians showed up right on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They were also kind and respectful of my home, leaving everything spotless and cleaning up after themselves completely. Jon, the owner, even stopped by during the job. Just had JR clean my Ducts. John, the owner hit every service level I expected. Great communication, on time, through in the description of work to be performed, actual work performed in the time frame stated. Crew was polite, neat and knowledgeable of the job at hand. Overall quality of work performed was well worth the price paid. Will us JR in the future.

Matthew and Daniel and another helper arrived on time. They were very professional and knew their stuff. All ducts were cleaned. Grill covers removed and washed, inside the ducts were also cleaned and grills replaced. There was alot of dirt and that was all vacuumed up. They had all their own equipment. We were very pleased with the quality of their work.
