On my way from Raleigh, NC to Dinwiddie, VA to see family, and I stopped to get something to eat. Window rolled down, but when I was trying to roll it up I heard something drop down it. I stopped at a shop, and the lady said it would take 2-weeks before they could help me. I only asked if they could look to see of something broke or not. Called here, and Jason said come on. Got here he told/showed me what broke. Even lifted my window so it would stay up until I got back home. Thank you so much.
I was heading home from work when my truck wouldn’t shift properly, turns out I was leaking transmission fluid profusely. Being stranded on I-85 South late at night I called J&R to tow my truck and they answered immediately and got to me very quickly. The man who helped me was very kind, I highly recommend calling them for anything you need!
