Highly recommend. Did a great job. Had him look @ stuff others said "NEEDED" to be done (for only about $6k) / were bad Yet, he shot straight, pointed out the items that should be dealt with sooner than later & fixed the most pressing issues. $125 later I'm out the door & have time to budget the next repair for $6-700. What happened to the other $5k in "necessary" repairs!? ... Not so necessary. They were just fishing for easy money! My neighbor Carl referred J P's. #fair&reasonable
