I used J-pro to service our pool for a year. We have a net that is tricky to attach. They left hooks unsecured multiple times — I offered to pay extra on two occasions to ensure all hooks were attached and that the pool was left in a safe condition. When I finally talked to the owner about it, he told me our net was more work than it was worth and abruptly hung up. I think pool safety is really important, especially as we have three young children, and do not recommend this company.
They have a excellent service!
Nico and his crew opened my inground pool yesterday and did an excellent job. My pool was filthy from a rainy & windy winter and when they were done, everything was perfect!
