Dr Monk took the time to explain everything to me and allowed me to exhaust my list of questions without rushing me. His team was extremely supportive and I could tell that they communicate effectively. This really helps with continuity of care. It was my first chemo experience and Dr Monk and his team took a lot of the ambiguity out of it. Nurse Marty (sorry if spelled wrong) put my mind at ease and helped me with feeling better about the process. She also answered questions from my parents who were anxious as well.
