I just wanna say thank you to Mr Patterson for helping get us to where we needed to be to close on our house it was a journey but we did it . And was able to get us at the rate we wanted.

On a deal that was supposed to close last week. Here we are today (Aug 21st) on closing day number 2, going on 5 hours that the sellers have been waiting to sign and docs are still not at title, this delaying the close on the sellers new purchase. No explanations. No responses to email.
