The experience thus far has been incredibly difficult and frustrating. The super for our build has said and promised things that weren’t delivered. There was an extensive punch detail list that included things like paint touch ups, drywall repair, tile repair, etc. I spent a minimum of two hours blue taping various places throughout the house.
