We hired J. Parmele Construction to do a complete update on two bathrooms, he used semi-skilled workers that had little or no supervision. After completion, we were only able to get him back once to make a repair and then silence. We received a letter that his company is now in Chapter 13 from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

This company is a disaster. We hired them to build a patio cover. They started a week after the contracted start date. They had to come back and redo multiple items due to poor workmanship. Even the redone work was sloppy. We had neighbors complain about yelling and swearing from the crew. Cigarette butts were left all over the site. Great service, reliable, excellent work. We live in PDX and own a rental in Corvallis. When we first needed remodel work done at the property, our realtor recommended Parmele construction. Jay has always been prompt and professional, and has done excellent work for us over the last three years. As an absentee owner, Jay proved very reliable and trustworthy to manage the jobs and access to the property without our involvement. We had him quote both small and large jobs, and we would absolutely recommend him.
