Went in to J Park Dental to fix my back teeth and was lucky enough to have Dr. Clara—so kind, calming, and crystal clear in how she explained everything. The work itself felt smooth and reassuring, leaving me confident in the results. The only downside was the rep desk woman being a bit pushy, but to be fair, she was super helpful sorting through a tricky insurance situation. The explanations were thorough, and both during the reservation process and the actual treatment, they were able to communicate in Japanese, which gave me a great sense of reassurance. In the end, I only had a cleaning rather than treatment, but the procedure was efficient and the explanations were clear. Thank you very much!
