John is always responsive, professional and always takes care of any issues. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
JP Wathens Plumbing company has to be the most Unreachable, pathetic And the most unreliable plumbing company in Southern Maryland ever. Like another Client on these reviews I am still waiting on a phone call back because I am still on the warranty. I have called him at least 23 times, I have emailed them At least eight times for one issue I have in my house on the warranty and NO answer on any of them. I am not the one to leave bad reviews on small businesses, but for JP Wathens I had to because they are worthless.
Was suggested to me, but mailbox is full and can't accept messages? Seriously?
