I have known Jared Stein for more than 20 years. We have worked together professionally and I have experienced firsthand his honesty, fairness, integrity and excellent work ethic. I know that he abides by the guidelines which are given to provide an accurate and fair assessment for property values. He is the professional I trust to do my property valuations.
Lazy Appraisal. His appraisal used non-comparable homes (no homes in our neighborhood were used, 3 homes on 1 street), when an ROV was requested he waited until the day before it was due to change the date on his original appraisal. Nothing else appeared to be changed. I requested a refund and received no response. Make your own decisions on whether to have him appraise anything for you.
