Asked John if a ticking noise in motor needed attention and he said no... 1 week later he rang me to tell me the parts had arrived and when I said I didn't ask for work to be done he got shitty and I felt forced to have it done... So j$p have had the bike most of 2 1/2 years... all canm/ timing replaced $3300.. New carburettor plus $2000.. Numerous parts replaced and I STILL DONT have a running bike....when I COMPLAIND he got shitty and told me to take my bike from shop immediately ..approx $5500 andstill not repaired... Travelled down from Sydney area and stopped in to check out what was on offer with a mate. The young lady was very friendly and tried to assist me. Asked them to possibly price match an Inreach Mini which they happened to have one in stock. Unfortunately they couldn’t match the price. Still left the store feeling as though it was a positive experience.
Good shop and great people within...even let me pay off over a month or so...the only negative is the time it takes to complete work...100 plus days to replace a carby needle on mine
I recently purchased a scooter, fantastic after sales service and help with getting the right tools and manuals together. I really appreciate that they followed through so promptly - super happy with my purchase!
