I paid a deposit to J and P and was given a date for installing some plants in my front gardens. The date came and Pat never showed up. I called, texted, and emailed and got no response. Finally (weeks later), they returned my calls and scheduled a new date. This date also passed with no work completed. Eventually, they came and installed the plants. However, they were super poor with communication and forgot half of the plants I paid for...

I was looking for a reliable landscaping service and was a returning customer because I did like my experience previously with J&P. A year later, I contacted Patrick from J&P. He took the deposit but never showed up for work or communicated. It seems that there was a lot going on with money situation and paying his crew which maybe the cause....it is just so unfortunate.

We used j&p back in 2020 and they did an amazing job. Hired them again in early 2021 and they took the deposit and ceased communications completely. I have to assume something happened in between, and hope all is well with them. But do want to warn others not to use them anymore as they are not completing paid work.
