Highly recommended! The doctor was excellent at his job, taking his time to explain the entire procedure and answer any questions you may have. The staff is excellent, very friendly and professional.
Everyone is friendly and Dr. Irelan is great about explaining everything.
My experience started with Ty so my review is 5 stars from the first call. She is a most pleasant person and so efficient. The best customer service you can ask for and that is from all employees and Dr Irelan. He explained all he was doing (as did his assistants) and they did all they could to alleviate any anxiety.
Franklin Endodontics consistently provides an exceptional patient experience. Ample parking and easy second-floor access make arrival stress-free. Upon entering, Ty efficiently manages patient intake with electronic forms. While completing these, guests enjoy a selection of specialty coffees, teas, and refreshing beverages.
