Excellent customer service. Very honest people
I bought my '94 Lexus LS400 for a steal two and a half years ago with 155,000 miles on it. It had allegedly been "well maintained" by another well known local independent Lexus shop. While waiting for someone to pick me up after dropping my car off, i was shocked to see a very clean restroom, comfortable couch, Large screen TV. .As much as his knowledge and honesty keeps me comming back, having a waiting room that is better then the dealership is another plus!!!!!!! Top Notch Operation Jason! He seems to know how to get things done better then the dealership!!
Jason is a very friendly helpful guy. He offered to help me with my car before I was even a literal customer! this guy is not "all about the $" he does it because I believe his heart is in it. They have a passion for helping customers and they don't run the bill up like the Lexus dealer. I feel so much more relaxed when I bring my Lexus to JPI! They are fair and friendly! A "definite" must try! Before you visit the dealer visit JPI!!!
Great customer service from the way they picked up the car from my house in their trailer and how they also were willing to drop of a courtesy rental car at my house so i was'nt stranded. Pricing was very reasonable as well for the service they give. DEFINTELY a A+++!
I couldnt believe the dealership my mother bought the car from wanted so much for work we assumed would be covered under warranty!! Do they always suggest to repair more than the problem? My mother almost made a $1,000.00 error in judgement. Jason just made a loyal customer out of us! Too bad he is in Garland. The drive from Grand Prairie is alot for me. She is in Plano.... easy for her!
