JP Auto Import is a trash establishment and I’m not just saying that because his office space/waiting area is soooo Dirty ,it has dirty places to sit, spider webs everywhere and built up dirt. It’s not set up to sit and wait on your vehicle, you must drop it off. I paid him to fix my thermostat in my Benz, tell me why I it still needed it to be fixed, then he told me he didn’t feel comfortable working on my car because you people get mad when their car isn’t fixed. The guy postponed me for 2 weeks. Then I arrived in time for the appointment, he was late for 40 minutes. And then he said he will not work on my car because it was bought from an auction. No any respect to a client or to client time.
I apologize I did not know that an appointment was needed for an oil change.
Honest work with fair prices. Best mechanic in a long time!!!
