The owner isn't satisfied if you're printing one. When I arrived to print one book, I discovered the specific paper I needed wasn't in stock. I asked about alternative paper options, but the owner dismissed my request, stating they don't do that kind of service for printing one book. Given that they have an Indigo press, I'm confident alternative paper options exist. The owner simply wasn't willing to work with me on a single-item order. Impressive array of equipment and capabilities. These folks are pleasant, cooperative, and competent. Owner gave me a tour of the facility; can't say enough about her cooperative attitude and knowledge. I'll be using JP Graphics for my printing needs.
Joan's print shop is a true work of art. If you can dream it, she can make it materialize. Truly amazing!
