I had a fantastic experience with J&P today working with Carlos and Andy. The day started off with my car having issues and a check engine light and me towing it over to them around 11am. Within a couple of hours they had diagnosed it as a cylinder misfiring and needed spark plug replacement. They quoted a very reasonable price over the phone and I gave the go ahead to do the work. Taking my car to J&P Garage and Andy was one of the best autobody/mechanical shop customer experiences I've ever had. I was in a bit of a pickle because my emissions sticker expired in the month of March. My car's check engine light had been going on and off since January and the first shop I took it to only told me the catalytic converters were bad or at least that's what the diagnostic said.
