I wanted to get my car looked over by a mechanic in Hilo. I called and spoke to Jeff directly. He was patient and thorough, making sure I got to ask all my questions. I appreciate that since I generally have a list of questions with things like this. He addressed all of my questions. We took our Subaru Forester to JP Auto after the engine sounded like it blew up on the way to Hilo from Kona. We'd read other reviews and were hopeful we'd be in good hands, and most importantly, not feel like we were getting scammed out of money. JP Auto went above and beyond in diagnosing our car and answering all of our questions. Their customer service was amazing and their pricing was even better! I will return to their shop and/or recommend them to anyone without hesitation! Thank you!!!
