I had such a positive experience here. The owner personally took a significant amount of time to sit down with me, look through my paperwork, understand the issue with my car, and explain my options. He was incredibly knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. Local stealership that rhymes with Boyoba wanted about 2k for 'damage' to the water pump due and pulley due to an improperly installed serpentine belt from a DIY install of an alternator a few months back. Brought my truck in to JP for a second opinion. After inspection, determined they just needed to reinstall the belt. Saved over 1.7K!
