Some of the metal pieces were not aligned according to the measurements we discussed before starting the project. Because of this, the final structure did not fit as smoothly as planned. Better attention to measurements and checking alignment during the process would have improved the overall result.
The welding job took longer than the timeline originally provided. There were several delays without clear communication about when the work would be finished. This affected my schedule and made it difficult to plan the next steps of the project.
The weld joints did not appear strong or properly finished. After a short period of use, I noticed signs that the welding might not hold up as expected. I had hired the service expecting durable and reliable work, so this was disappointing and required me to look for additional repairs.
