I would give 0 stars if I could. Shady business practice is an understatement. The owner does not honor pricing or payment plans after purchase. Further, he was witnessed publicly berating, screaming at, and cursing at a woman in a public space. This woman did not react to or meet his aggression, but he persisted nonetheless. Came into my house, looked at the stove for less then five minutes and said “I can’t do anything about this” then proceeded to be very disrespectful and expected to get paid $125 service call for doing nothing.. I go to get my checkbook and then he proceeds to say “keep your money and lose my number” and walks out the door. Very disrespectful people do NOT recommend this business to anyone! Downright rude and not how you treat customers!.
I have been a customer for over 10 years. Joe is very knowledgeable and has always been great to me.
Bought a house that has a gas fireplace they installed. Called two weeks ago about getting a service done before winter and they have yet to return call.
