Came into my house, looked at the stove for less then five minutes and said “I can’t do anything about this” then proceeded to be very disrespectful and expected to get paid $125 service call for doing nothing.. I go to get my checkbook and then he proceeds to say “keep your money and lose my number” and walks out the door. Very disrespectful people do NOT recommend this business to anyone! Downright rude and not how you treat customers!.
I have been a customer for over 10 years. Joe is very knowledgeable and has always been great to me.
Bought a house that has a gas fireplace they installed. Called two weeks ago about getting a service done before winter and they have yet to return call.
I had the pleasure of meeting Joe where I work and was invited to take a look at his shop and speak to him about a few things. He reminds me of my pappy so much! This man has a beautiful business. I wasn't going in as a buyer, but was still shown around and treated with the utmost respect. I am just astonished at these reviews. I just can't believe anyone would think anything bad about Joe.
