Called to see about ordering a new coal furnace. I’ve tried to give this company my business multiple times over the past 7 years because they are local. Every time I try to give them my business I remember how rude and nasty the owners and employees are. Just disrespectful in every way! I called the manufacture of Legacy stoves to order my new vf2500 furnace. They will gladly sell you a furnace instead of going through these guys a dealer. I’d recommend you do the same.
This gentleman has incredible knowledge of his trade. Beautiful showroom as well. He was friendly and very helpful. The parts I needed were 1/3 the cost. I'm Scott and would recommend J&O to anyone
They don't have a lot of hours open so I don't much about them
Owner rudest person I ever met. Co owner just the same. They will tell you anything to make a sell. Even if it a lie. Don't go there ever. You will be sorry . If you do you will see what I mean. They will not change any time soon!
My gas heater stove needed serviced and my experience could not have been better. The man who took my call went over things with me and said that Brian would be in touch with me to set up a time and date. Brian called the next morning and discussed his availability, then followed up with a date and time. He arrived promptly and did a thorough job cleaning and tweaking things. The stove looks like new and will be more efficient. The price was good too.
