I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I went to J Noelle and booked with Danielle after she was recommended to me for hair extensions. Before booking, I messaged her on Facebook, explained exactly what I was wanting, and specifically asked about her experience with extensions. At my appointment, I brought inspiration photos and was very clear about the color, length, and how dark I wanted my hair. Requested a specific haircut type. The stylist was inexperienced and did not know the haircut. Was rough on the hair and overall bad experience
I got a luxe and tone recently and my stylist, Kaylee F, did amazing! She matched the color I wanted perfectly. Highly recommend!!
