Huge thank you to Lindsey for getting me in last minute. I came in needing my hair fixed before I went on vacation, and she worked her magic. She listened and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and my hair turned out better than I expected. I am obsessed with it! She’s also super down-to-earth and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.
Service was done well, space was clean, but the number of comments made about how dead and damaged my hair was felt a little bit excessive and made me uncomfortable - it’s something I’ve done my best at working on and something I’ve put a lot of money and effort into trying to improve. I appreciated the suggestions for products and routines and if it was left at that I would’ve been good! However, it was consistent enough throughout my service and public enough for other staff members to hear that it impacted my being there.... read more
