Took almost 4 hours to get a fill in even with an appointment. Nail tech kept leaving/pausing service to go start other services and left me sitting there with no explanations. Nails look nothing like the photo shown - they are extremely thick, not shaped correctly, the nails/tips aren't even straight, and are extremely uncomfortable. Asked for a design on one of my nails and they did the design completely opposite of what was shown.
