Worst customer service! Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. This reminded me that a business isn’t just about how it looks from the outside — it’s about how the staff make you feel. Customer service is everything, and in this case, it fell short. The manager was on his phone most of the time, and the staff seemed unmotivated. One lady was working on both of our nails at once, took over 3 hours and she still wasn’t close to being done, cuticles red, overpriced.

Mr. Brock did a fabulous job on repairing my nails and making them beautiful. he was professional and kind. the salon was clean, smelled wonderful, and had a professional flower. wonderful experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. My spouse and I have had the displeasure of visiting J Nails. While we have given it many opportunities since it’s so close to our house, the customer service is progressively getting worse since it opened. From my wife’s requests about her nails being ignored, to waiting over an hour for service that I made an appointment for, the customer service is terrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional when asked to make changes and asked how long it will be until my service is ready. I’d highl... read more
