I have tried this place a couple of times before I wasn’t too happy but I thought I just wanted a simple pedicure and a simple manicure. Nothing fancy at all. The building is beautiful. The atmosphere seems like it would be beautiful however no one in that place is smiling and especially not the customers. Probably the nicest nail salon I've ever been to. Loved that they didn't make me get the manicure at the same time as the pedicure, so it could truly be a "signature" Pedi experience where I got to just enjoy what I paid for. But that also meant it was a longer appointment, so if you're in a hurry, maybe let them know. I wasn't and didn't mind. The people who work here are terrible. The elderly Asian lady has been rude to me multiple times. One time I went in with an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and an hour into my appointment, neither had been done. When I asked when I would be helped and stated that I had made an appointment to avoid major delays, she yelled at me for even asking how much longer. Worst customer service! Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. This reminded me that a business isn’t just about how it looks from the outside — it’s about how the staff make you feel. Customer service is everything, and in this case, it fell short. The manager was on his phone most of the time, and the staff seemed unmotivated.
