Booked an appointment. I asked for a rounded square tip... in fact said... the shape of my nail on this finger (right index). I got oval. Advertised price for full gel is 52$... but wait... it was 75$ FALSE ADVERTISING. Did she do a nice job? - YES. They talked and brag so much.. making rapport to cx is different from talking a lot of nonsense. It feels like Im doing my nails in a wet market place and not in a pleasant environment. They do ok on nails but needed to have more volume as they do nails too thin. Plus the price online is quite different from the after service total price even after you consider the tax. Good thing i didn’t added much to my initial booking and do a plain what i need service only.
I went on my vacation and stopped by the mall for a quick shopping. Walked by the spa. And got the warmest welcome i ve ever had during my trip. I had the greatest pedicure that i have got so far. Fabulous service and outstanding staves. The owner of this spa is absolutely exceptional and professional. Highly recommend to experience once traveling to Moose Jaw!
