This company was working on a streetlight in my neighborhood around Easter 2022. Accesed the alley behind my house and dug into the ground damaging the sewer line in my backyard, leading to the main city line. Long story short, $15,000 later no one wants to take any responsibility,, the company is very defensive and rude when I attempt to have a conversation with them.
Unprofessional company. Caused damage to my family’s house in Abilene TX and does not seem to plan on taking full responsibility.
The men who came to our house at 900 Wallis Avenue in Santa Anna were very professional and polite. We are impressed by their knowledge and work ethic. We definitely give them and your company a good recommendation. Thank you for a job well done. Mike & Suzy Kerbow
