Really great service! I messed up on my appt time and they waited almost 20 minutes for me to meet them. Super nice and respectful and great knowledge and fixed my stove. Also gave me information about my stove that I didn’t even get from the installers. Really good prices and just a great place overall. I will recommend and use them going forward.
JnL was very informative and a pleasure to work with. They did not rush me or pressure my decision about which stove was right for me. I am loving the stove they installed for me.
Came to repair my stove. Arrived before the set time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently repaired the stove. It's working great now. Over the years I have bought four stoves from JnL. Great company. Would highly recommend.
