HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NANCY I don't post many reviews, but I will for this company! i had such a horrible experience dealing with "Nancy" that I must write about it! I was laughed at, hung up on, lied to and told to "DROP DEAD" by this "Nancy", who addressed herself as Kendra, then in an e-mail I find out her real name, and she stated she was the owner. Very poor business practices, and this was an on-line transaction. All I wanted to do was reinstate an order I had cancelled. I had found the same item elsewhere muc... read more
Great costume shop This is a retail and rental shop for costumes. Clearly, the inventory caters to theater groups and special events, but the other half of the store is all retail. Packed around Halloween, this is a great place for both full costumes and lots of accessories. Great masks and wigs too!
