I brought my car in because it was overheating inconsistently and after doing some tests they determined that it was a faulty part that they had replaced previously. Jim explained what had happened and fixed the car under warranty and even replaced another hose at no cost to me because he didn't want it to cause potential problems in the future. That's what you call excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car serviced for any reason.
