We came home on a Saturday afternoon and found our house to be 55° F on a recent stretch of subzero weather. I called J & N and explained we would be able to maintain this temperature and wait until the regular business hours on Monday. We rescheduled a Monday morning appointment. Needed someone to install my own purchased AC equipment and contacted this company. John came out gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Install took place today and they did a great job. I am already planning on getting them to install a furnace for me. A++++++
Good small business. The owner is honest and they don't fluff up their prices with unnecessary stuff. They replaced my furnace and the crew was quiet, courteous, and got along well with my dog. They cleaned everything up and then the owner explained where all the manuals and paperwork was and how to use the new system.

Highly recommend! I was able to get an appointment set up with ease and the technician, Dylan, was absolutely wonderful! He called to see if he could come a little earlier since he was ahead of schedule, of course this was okay! He was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing. He was very thorough and explained everything he did and his recommendations. Very fair pricing as well!
