We recently had J&N Heating replace the furnace in our house and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. The whole crew has been great to work with from start to finish. They have been very quick to respond to all communication throughout the process. They provided a nice clean new product and left a clean work space when they were finished. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a professional company to work with.
We came home on a Saturday afternoon and found our house to be 55° F on a recent stretch of subzero weather. I called J & N and explained we would be able to maintain this temperature and wait until the regular business hours on Monday. We rescheduled a Monday morning appointment. I had other things to do at a big box store in Hudson and went there after scheduling with J & N. Needed someone to install my own purchased AC equipment and contacted this company. John came out gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Install took place today and they did a great job. I am already planning on getting them to install a furnace for me. A++++++
Good small business. The owner is honest and they don't fluff up their prices with unnecessary stuff. They replaced my furnace and the crew was quiet, courteous, and got along well with my dog. They cleaned everything up and then the owner explained where all the manuals and paperwork was and how to use the new system.
