We had a wonderful experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any of our questions. She explain the whole delivery process. The delivery people did it excellent job. They took their time and made sure that the product was placed perfectly in the position where we wanted it. We definitely recommend and use again
I bought a used washer and dryer from here and had it delivered to my house. After only using the washer about three times, it started leaking from the bottom. When I called, they said it was past warranty, which I understand since it’s used, but the way it was handled was disappointing. They even suggested I may have left it outside, even though they delivered it directly to me. Customer service and communication could definitely be better. Just buy new because you never know what your getting when using old appliances .
