I walked in with an inflated quote from another shop and skyrocketing stress levels and Mary turned the whole situation around for me. While I didn't actually need what the other shop told me I needed, J & N's quote was still half of what the other shop wanted. I really appreciate the care and time that was spent helping me. Very happy my family now has a new shop we can trust!

New ownership grossly overcharged me for a torn cv axle boot replacement. I was suspicious when Ford diagnosed a torn cv axel boot and wanted $500 for the repair, which is at the high end. The average price is $300-500 for this repair. The former owner of J&N, Joey, had always been fair and asked that we give the new owners a chance so I brought it to J&N.
