Our family has been going to Jeff at J.N.A for years and have always had excellent service. The mechanics working there are all friendly, skilled, and trustworthy. Whenever I have an issue with my car, I head straight there, knowing that I won’t be disappointed. They’re honest and tell you what the problem is (and how to fix it) without unnecessary added costs. Had a bulb out, called JNA to have a look. Got to the shop and asked them to check it out. They had it fixed in minutes. The customer service is spectacular. Would definitely go again. Thank you!
I came in a couple weeks back to fix the leaks in the AC in my car + oil change. Fix was smoothless and the owner was very honest & upfront about the costs and fixes needed without pressuring to fix the AC. 100% recommend their services and plan to come here again in the future
