As a person who knows nothing about cars...I was so appreciative of Jeff and his team's honesty with fixing the issues in my daughter's car. They were quickly able to identify issues, order parts and have them delivered and installed in a friendly and professional manner. Their attention to detail, knowledge and honesty has put me at ease knowing that my daughter is driving a safe vehicle. I will be making JNA Auto the place to get any of my family's vehicles repaired/maintained and recommend them highly!
Honest, reliable, and professional! We brought my son’s car to JN A Auto Repair last July for an air-conditioner freon recharge. Jeff was very honest — when he saw the A/C wasn’t cooling properly after the recharge, he asked us to bring it back. He found and fixed the leak, then recharged it again, and only charged a minimal amount for his excellent work. Recently, we had to tow the car to his shop because it wouldn’t start. Jeff is my go to NO BS mechanic. He tries to find the most affordable and practical solution for me. You might find cheaper mechanics around, but I bet you won't find them reliable or professional. I am very satisfied with JNA's service.
I would have given a 10 out of 10 if I could. This place was recommended to me by A gentleman at “part source”. Jeff is amazing, honest fair, fantastic attitude I would definitely come back for any other repairs required. Thank you Jeff, for helping me out on Thursday was very much appreciated.
