I ordered an extra father/daughter picture after the event. Repeated phone calls and Facebook messages leading to promises that the picture was put in the mail have been futile. The event was at Crestwood Schools in February 2015, mailed them the extra money and they cashed the check long ago. I even offered to pick up the photo from their business but was told it was in the mail. Last telephone contact was May 22, 2015 when they promised the photo was mailed that day.
