I must first say I HATE going to the dentist, but I felt so at ease even during my first phone call to the office. Tracy was so informative and compassionate with respect to all my questions and fears. Dr. Long and his wonderful assistant, Glenda were so gentle and told me everything before they did anything so that really helped me with my anxity.
