TLDR: Issues with work done. Ignores calls, won't call back. The long version is... We've had Jason and his team out several times for various projects including new lighting throughout our house, ethernet for hardline internet everywhere, custom LEDs for the front facia and some builtin bookshelves, and a few other things on top of that. J Max is absolutely amazing. I’ve used them for 3 projects over the last few years, today being the most recent. Jason and his team communicate effectively, have very fair pricing, show up on time (or early), work until the job is complete and leave the work area spotless. Everyone that works at J Max is professional and cares about the customers satisfaction. I will never get a bid from another electrical company because I know I’m in the best hands with this company!
Jason does great work and is knowledgeable. Trying to get in touch with him is another story. I called and the person who answered the phone said that he would get back to me. 1 week later and over 10 calls, no response (can’t leave a message as the voicemail is full). Frustrated.
I attempted to get lighting for my back yard for over two years, reaching out to multiple local electricians. After being blown off or told no, we finally found J Max Electrical! They were prompt, affordable, and gave us an exact price a few days after meeting us. Jason and his crew completed the project within a few weeks, and were very neat and respectful of their surroundings, cleaning up the areas they trenched. I would recommend J Max to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. Definitely 5+stars!
