I haven’t been this frustrated with a business in a long time. This morning, I called J&M for a quote to replace my brakes and caliper. The man on the phone quoted me $250, so I dropped the car off. From the beginning, the man working there was extremely unfriendly and rude, but at first I brushed it off as him just being a grumpy old mechanic. Went for oil change. Reasonably priced and able to take care of it in a timely manner, always professionals - Jose and staff.
This is a great place to get your car issues addressed. Called on Tuesday, appointment made for Thursday. Kind, clear and patient with my questions. Very reasonable charges for a multiple concern visit. Do not be afraid. These people are the real deal. Services were: wheel bearing replaced and tail lights fixed.
An very excellent family owned and running business, Italian business as well I may add, excellent and reliable communication which is an beautiful plus the atmosphere in this place isn't bad, there are seats inside if you would like to wait which is an nice perk. Very hardworking and dedicated in how they do their job which shows how good these people really are. I definitely recommend coming here, especially if you are in the area. They have reasonable prices as well, which is an huge plus.
