Went in to get my alternator replaced and it was by far the smoothest process I’ve had compared to previous repair shops I’ve visited. Both Jay and Joe were great and transparent about what I needed to get fixed and had it done within an hour. Will be coming back!!

I haven’t been this frustrated with a business in a long time. This morning, I called J&M for a quote to replace my brakes and caliper. The man on the phone quoted me $250, so I dropped the car off. From the beginning, the man working there was extremely unfriendly and rude, but at first I brushed it off as him just being a grumpy old mechanic. Went for oil change. Reasonably priced and able to take care of it in a timely manner, always professionals - Jose and staff.
This is a great place to get your car issues addressed. Called on Tuesday, appointment made for Thursday. Kind, clear and patient with my questions. Very reasonable charges for a multiple concern visit. Do not be afraid. These people are the real deal. Services were: wheel bearing replaced and tail lights fixed.
