Went for a consultation for colonoscopy and my primary recommended also a endoscopy for my GERD but they did not want to do both in the same day perhaps reimbursement would not be as good if done separate. I feel they do not look out for the best Interests of the patient.
I saw Dr Bohning 2 weeks ago for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I was originally scheduled with Dr Rafelson but since he was out sick with covid , Dr Bohning agreed to perform the procedures. Another one of my doctors was waiting for results so that he could treat me, so timing was important. So, essentially, the first time I was to meet Dr Bohning was at the time of my procedures. Horrible - I wasn't even able to make an appointment due to a poorly run phone system. No one answers the phone and always requires a call back. Just answer the phone! Clearly new patients are not important to them.
Dr. Bohning is GREAT !! The staff was very nice as well ! Wonderful experience at the office !
Such a nice man and a great doctor!
