I've shopped here but I won't be any longer. The elderly lady is nice enough, but the man there with the glasses, he likes to watch you while you're shopping. You cannot comfortably move around the store without him watching everything you do. It is extremely uncomfortable. I won't be back there.
I went to get a bleach kit for my jet black and Ms. Chong gathered everything I needed and asked that I come back to show her my results which I was happy to do.
