Had an appointment scheduled for 4/16/2015 and the office was closed, lock stock and barrel. No notice of a closing was sent to me? I went all through the bldg. Asked a neighboring business within the building if they knew of a move? They said the office was gone in Dec. when they moved in so that is all I have been given. Now, I have to find a new doc in a hurry...my meds are about to run out. UGH!
