As future groom I can say that staff was excellent during my fitting, and the owner Jodie has done everything you could ask for as a customer. I highly recommend this business.
I had the worst interaction with this place today. The staff was polite enough, but their fees and policies are predatory. Everywhere else I've ever gone for a fitting as part of a wedding party does not request money beforehand. J Marie's will charge you $50 (plus an extra 3% for using a credit card). I was upset at first with the notable sticker shock for the rental costing $250+ (much more than any other place I've gone, even in St. Louis).
