I needed to have my HP Designjet T610 repaired. Called J-Mar and they had a tech come to my office (home) and perform the repair. Reasonable labor and trip charges. The tech was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing and I could tell he wasn't trying to figure things out as he went like I've experienced with other techs. I would recommend calling them if you need a large format printer repair.
