I received a quote from him to do some work for me. When he did his walk thru of the property he saw I already purchased mulch. He said he only uses fresh mulch. When I scheduled the work and reached out to him later I asked if the quote was using his mulch and he said yes. I asked him to take the mulch out of the cost since I already have it and do not wish to pay again for it. He told me he can’t go lower on the price and to find someone else to do the work.
