The bad: I initially only went to Jmac after I saw a sign at their location promoting off season, 'beat the rush' type deal on AC service. I knew my AC was broken, so I needed to have it recharged, diagnosed, and eventually fixed. After the recharge, I brought up this promotion and was asked 'where did you see that?'. Immediately kind of an awkward situation, I told them on the sign but was essentially rebuffed and told it wasn't valid. We took our old 2003 Chevy Silverado in for leaking radiator and leaking oil..they found the problems and fixed everything in a couple days ahead of estimated time. Excellent workmanship the truck runs like brand new.. everyone did a great job!!
I was referred to J-Mack by my regular mechanic who was super busy and could not get me in to check an AC issue for several weeks...Jason, Ryan and team were very professional and honest to work with...best of all J-Mack evaluated the AC system, determined the solution, provided a written estimate and scheduled and completed the repair within 48 hours!
