A wonderful staff always ready to lend a helping hands.
Respectfully, I have given this establishment two stars ONLY because of its cleanliness. This weekend, I came all the way from New York to bury a loved one here and I have never seen anything so rushed and unsympathetic. The obituary was not read, and we were not afforded a final viewing. Then the fire alarm “went off” miraculously and we were all pushed out of the door. If you are looking for professionalism, logical guidance with decisions, and all-around good people come to this business! After a sudden death in my family my bro and I were referred to 2 funeral homes and Wilkerson exceeded expectations. We didn't do the typical black folks 2 weeks waiting period for a funeral 😆. And JMWilkerson Funeral Home was able to roll with the punches. Everything was seamless and NO hiccups in service at all.
