I went because my exhaust broke and not only was the exhaust guy rude but he welded one exhaust hanger to the body of car creating a horrible vibration but he didn't weld my exhaust back into proper position and the following day exhaust hangers he put on starting breaking. J & M in joplin had to fix what he messed up. I've been a customer at the webb city location for years and now I won't go back unless they get rid of that idiotic jerk.
