Wow! This place is a total scam. SAY AWAY from this place at all costs. After they burned me and my production, I’ve learned that they’ve done the exact same to others too! I wish I would’ve read the other reviews first! They led us to believe that we needed 8 (EIGHT!) times the liquid smoke that was actually required AND they won’t refund us for any of it! I also found out the prices are far better anywhere in NY. Thank god we didn’t go with the huge machine that they told us we needed for the little area we had to fill. Th... read more
