I am shocked to see that negative review. I have done business with JM Schaefer inc for going on 22 years. Nothing but good honest work. They even came out several months later at no charge and fixed a issue that turned out to NOT be their negligence. Google you need to do better. I would have past them by if I were looking for someone rather than coming on to say, Thanks for the great job Mike and crew. This people are good people, honest people and seasoned contruction team..
