I had an appointment for my pet that I made two weeks in advance with Ritchie. They called to tell me I needed to move my appointment, but when we could not find a compatible time they were extremely rude. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer an explanation for the sudden cancelation of my previously made appointment. When I informed them I was going to take my business they proceeded to give me a very rude response and terminated the call. I love Dr Ritchie and all of her staff! They've done such a great job for us and our furry family over the years! They know our animals really well, they know us and have been there every time for us over the years, even after hours. I appreciate the practical and compassionate expertise shown by Dr Ritchie and her staff. We love seeing them and trust in their excellent care. Highly recommend.
Dr. Ritchie is a highly competent and compassionate veterinarian. She has cared for all of our pets for more than 20 years.
Dr. Ritchie took care of our 13 year old Corgi for 13 years. She was the ONLY vet that we used with Karley. Joan extended her life through awesome care and follow up. Our second Corgi, Ollie, will have his first visit next week. There is no other place we will trust the health and care of our puppy!
Dr. Ritchey has been the vet to the four English Setters and we think she is the best!
She's a great person. She took care of my pet Quails when they were sick. She cares so much for animals.
I've said it before and will say again and again,,no other vet can compare to Joan and her staff. We recently lost our 4th dog with Joan and staff by our side. She is brilliant, caring and compassionate with extreme knowledge and sensitivity. Thank you for everything you do for my dogs and my family! Thank you for making the last day of Maddies life so peaceful!
